Front Desk Hours:7:00 AM to 10:30 PM daily

Check-In Time:3:00 PM until 10:30 PM

Check-Out Time:By 11:00 AM

Late Check-In / Late Check-Out:After-hours check-in (after 10:30 PM) or late checkout (after 11:00 AM) carries an additional fee of $20.00 added to the reservation.

Identification & Card Required:Guests are required to show a valid government-issued photo ID and credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

72-Hour Standard Cancellation Window

You must cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty charges.

Late Cancellation:Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the total price of the reservation.

No-Show Policy:In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the entire reservation.

Guest Eligibility

Age & Children Policies

Minimum Age Requirement:The primary guest registering and checking in must be at least 21 years of age.

Children Policy:Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults at this property. An additional fee of $15.00 each per night will be applied.

Pet Policy:For the comfort and allergy safety of all guests, pets are strictly not allowed on the property.

Pre-Authorization:Cozy Corner Motel reserves the right to temporarily hold a pre-authorization amount on your card prior to arrival.

Incidental Damage Deposit:An incidental damage deposit of $100.00 is required upon arrival (charged to credit card). This deposit is refunded in full upon check-out, subject to room inspection.

Strict Non-Smoking Property

100% Non-Smoking Policy & Cleaning Fees

ALL GUEST ROOMS ARE 100% NON-SMOKING. For the health, safety, and comfort of all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside any room or indoor facility.

• Tobacco Smoking: In case of any smoking in the room, a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 plus any resulting damage remediation fees will be charged.

• Marijuana Smoking: Marijuana smoking is prohibited in all rooms, and will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $150.00.
